Do you offer summer camps?

We do not have multi-week camp programs for kids, but we do have a day program on Fridays called Youth Adventure Days. You can learn more about it here.

Can you give me more information about the mountain?

What is the ability types policy?

You must CLASSIFY YOURSELF for a specific ability type. Determining your type is your responsibility. Your ability type, height, weight, age, and boot sole length are used by Lee Canyon’s rental shop to determine the appropriate fit of your gear. Be sure to provide accurate information; any error may increase your risk of injury.

How do I contact security or first aid?

Please locate one of our team members & ask them to assist you.

Do I need reservations for the restaurant?

We do not accept reservations for any of our restaurants, walk-ins only.

Are you doing COVID-19 temperature checks?

No, we do not require any COVID temperature checks.

Are you open on Thanksgiving Day?

Typically, we are closed on Thanksgiving Day. Please check our hours page for updates.

Can we book a hotel package?

We do not have any lodging available at the resort, but we do have some tips about where you could stay!

what am I allowed to bring into the resort?

Please visit our resort policies page for the latest information about items that are prohibited from entering the resort.

Is there cell service at the venue?

We do not have cellphone service, but we do provide free guest wifi.

What is your stroller policy?

Strollers are permitted in & around the base area. However, please do not leave them unattended.

What time are you open on New Year’s Day?

We will be open as usual, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please check our hours page for updates.

How do I change the email on my PASS account?

Where is the Summer activity schedule?

You can find all of our summer activities listed on our website, under the “things to do” tab. One of our favorite things to do during the summer is disc golf!

Is disc golf available during winter?

Disc Golf is not available during the winter season.

Are there concessions available?

We have quite a few different cafes and restaurants. They are all listed under the “things to do” tab. Our favorite spot to grab a beverage & a bite to eat is the Bristlecone Bar. Check out hours & more info here.

Where is the lost and found?

Our lost and found is located in the pass office.

I will be arriving this weekend to do some skiing what are the conditions like?

Do you have ADA parking?

We do have ADA parking. It’s located next to the arch in the base area parking lot.

Can I reserve LIFT TICKETS online?

Yes! You can reserve a lift tickets here.

Can we change our PASES from today to tomorrow?

After making your purchase, you received a confirmation email with a link to the Lee Canyon Self-Service Portal. You are able to select the products you’d like to exchange there and view your purchase history instantly – no waiting and no emailing required. You have until 11:59 pm the day before your scheduled arrival to make any changes.

Can I get a discount on PASSES if I am buying for a group?

We do offer group discounts & pass pages for groups of 10 or more. We also have a special package for youth clubs & school groups. All the information can be found here.

Can we pay and reserve a parking spot?

We do not offer reserved parking at the resort. We’re opening a brand new parking lot with over 400 new spots. You shouldn’t have any issues finding a spot on most days, but the earlier you arrive the better your options will be.

Where can I find the waiver?

Our wavier is made available to guests during the checkout process. All guests are required to sign a waiver.

Are the Roads open?

The roads are maintained by local officials who do their best every day to make sure they can be traveled safely. For the most up-to-date information & details about snow chain requirements or road closures – please visit NV Roads.

What Kid sizes do you have to rent?

Our smallest kid-size rentals typically fit kids as young as 6 years old – but every kid is different! Our smallest snowboard boot size is 10c. Our smallest ski boot size is 15/16. Smaller sizes are typically in high demand & subject to availability.

Can I ride the lift for fun in the winter?

During the winter season, our lifts are not available for scenic chair rides. Only guests skiing or snowboarding with a pass may use the lifts.

Is there an ATM at the Resort?

Unfortunately, we do not have an ATM at the resort.
