Viva La Gravity is here — Las Vegas’ new unsanctioned downhill mountain bike race series at Lee Canyon Bike Park kicks off July 17. Sign up, send it, and claim your spot on the podium!

Join us for our new community race series by Vegas locals – for Vegas locals. The winners of each individual race will have the chance to win various prizes. For the elite division, 100% of entry fees go into a pot for the winner to claim!

In this series format, we’ll be crowning ONE overall champion in each division for the fastest combined times in ALL races! Overall series champs will earn a BIG prize. Best shot to win? Participate in each race and be the fastest.

What kind of prizes are on deck for overall series champs? Let’s start with CASH! A $1,500 purse is up for grabs as well as some tickets to Red Bull Rampage.

Four races, four dates, four chances to throw down the fastest times and compete against your friends in this Vegas-style downhill series. Got what it takes to take home the gold?

Division Details:

• Men’s Elite – $50 entry – Heavy hitter class. This is where the fastest play. 100% of all entry fees all go back into the pot for prize money for the winners of each race.

• Men’s Open – Free entry – Never raced downhill before? Casual bike park rider? Want to take on your friends in a fun and exciting environment and get a taste of flying between the tape? Open class is for you.

• Women’s Elite – $50 entry – Heavy hitter class. This is where the fastest play. 100% of all entry fees all go back into the pot for prize money for the winners of each race.

• Women’s Open – Free entry – Never raced downhill before? Casual bike park rider? Want to take on your friends in a fun and exciting environment and get a taste of flying between the tape? Open class is for you.

• Youth Girls/Boys- 18 and under. Free entry. Where the young rider scene thrives. Introduction to bike park racing for our young shredders. Note: If you’re an avid racer at a higher level and under age 18, you may enter the adult divisions.

Overall collective fastest time of ALL races? Big prizes await you at the end of the series.

REGISTRATION LINK

What time? 2:00 PM – Check in with registration at the bottom of Bluebird chairlift and collect your race number. Riders must be at the top of the course and ready to drop in at 3:00 PM. Don’t be late!

Which trails will be raced?

Race #1: Full Blue Trail

Race #2: Blue to Black

Race #3: Full Black Trail

Race #4: Black to Double Black (modifications may be made as needed)

This unsanctioned race is a community-driven event designed for good times with the family of LC Bike Park. Nothing fancy – just downhill racing at the core. Race your friends, earn bragging rights for the week, win prizes and enjoy this great community of mountain biking at LC Bike Park.
